Process Description
Mix multiple nutrient raw materials with approximately 20% moisture content. The process begins with stirring and modulation, followed by heat generation through extrusion to expand into shape. A heating ring assists in heating to improve expansion efficiency. The speed can be adjusted to control the length of the finished product. After molding, the special pet food undergoes drying, dehydration, seasoning, and other processes, typically resulting in a final moisture content below 12%. This type of food offers comprehensive and balanced nutrition, long shelf life, and convenient feeding and transportation.
