A pet food manufacturer from Indonesia visited our factory for a three-day on-site inspection and business negotiations.

Accompanied by the factory manager, the client toured the modern assembly workshop, high-precision CNC machining center, large

laser cutting area, and standardized automated parts warehouse. During the tour, the client expressed high praise for the workshop's 6S

management system, the precision of the equipment welding process, and the brand traceability system for core components. Particularly

impressed by our parts warehouse, where spare parts were managed in separate zones according to project, the client repeatedly

commended our emphasis on after-sales service.

Following this, the client held a specialized technical exchange meeting with our technical team. Our engineers, considering the unique

conditions of Southeast Asia, such as high moisture content in raw materials and high temperature and humidity, explained in detail

customized improvement solutions for key processes such as conditioning, expansion, drying, and spraying, and showcased successful

operating data from similar production lines in Malaysia and the Philippines. The client also raised questions about the automated control

system and energy consumption indicators, and our technical director provided detailed and feasible solutions to each question,

demonstrating our deep expertise.

The entire communication process was pragmatic and efficient. The client was impressed by our rigorous manufacturing processes, ample

technical reserves, and sincere service attitude. After a brief internal discussion, the client immediately decided to terminate their

investigation of other suppliers and formally signed a contract with our company to purchase a complete dog food production line with a

capacity of 600 kg per hour, covering the entire process from crushing to packaging. An engineer was scheduled to be sent to our

company next month for pre-shipment acceptance.

This successful contract not only further consolidates our company's brand influence in the Southeast Asian pet food equipment market
